In finned heat exchangers, the fins are typically made of copper, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy, with most heat exchangers utilizing aluminum alloy as the material for fins, referred to as "aluminum foil". The thickness of aluminum foil varies depending on different operating conditions of the air cooler, generally ranging from 0.10 to 0.3mm.
